that state of a potential civilization, that social human structure that has a possibility to become a true and real civilization that not only upholds the great ideals and principles that lead humanity in the direction of establishing and maintaining a civilization, but practices them at every level of human endeavor and interaction with the environment and universe in which we exits.
a sillivization has too many fundamental flaws and corruptions it fails to address, manage and eradicate, so that it may become in fact a true civilization. a sillivization knows what’s wrong with itself and the world of man, but has no solutions that it believes itself capable of implementing. a sillivization is a stupid, immature version of what it could be were it to follow, unerringly, what it knows is right.
