noun. a woman whom is so unattractive that a man should not consider having s-xual relations with her unless a brown paper grocery sack is over her head. however, she is not as ugly as a ‘double bagger’ and therefore a man does not need the added protection of the second brown paper grocery sack over his own head.

guy 1: “linda is so ugly, she’s a double bagger.”
guy 2: “naw, linda’s real ugly, but she isn’t that ugly. you got to give the girl some credit! she is only a single bagger!”
