sissy scar
scar produced by laying a lit cigarette across the forearm and allowing it to burn along the skin – the longer the scar, the longer the person stood the pain, the less of a sissy they are.
a sissy scar is 1/2 to 1-1/2 inches long narrow scar along the lower arm and caused by a cigarette burning across the skin.
