skaa is anthing you want it to be. it is an interjection that shows the emotions of sadness, extreme joy, anger, amusment, pity, love, sarcasm, and anyother way that one feels. it can be replaced with anyword and still make some sense. it is a word that is mainly used between friends. it is used whenever one is feeling a burst of an emotion or just a regular emotion.
