one who seems untrustworthy, and/or dirty and/or clearly addicted to some sort of drug. a sketchy pr-ck would also be considered one who walks around in public, having an open conversation with themself. look at the sketchy pr-ck over there. heads up, there’s a mad sketchy pr-ck coming this way.
