Sky Rat
a pigeon. also known as an air rat.
man, i spilled my popcorn in front of the park bench, and all of these godd-mned sky rats swooped on in!
a pigeon, due to the suspicion that rats turn to pigeons during daylight hours and back during the night. also due to the fact that neither does anything of any value, other than sh-t everywhere…
those sky rats have really painted nelsons column this year…
a reference to birds (usually seagulls) that attempt to eat your food and generally harr-ss you. noted usage in both texas and utah.

helicopter and or the pilots and crew that use helicopters t chase down motorcycles, speeders ec. on the roads around large cities.
that guy totally outran the pigs with his motorcycle until the sky rats ratted him out.
