anyone whom excessively enjoy’s sucking mens’ reproductive organs. usually used to refer to trans-s-xuals but occasionally h-m-s-xual men as well. also see c-cksucker, c-m-guzzler.
the derevation of this word comes from the similarity between trying to eat a slice of pizza all in one bite and the act of giving felacio.
