sluiper
a sluiper is a person who stays in your building, university residence or apartment complex who does not partake or involve themselves in any part of the whole. this means that a sluiper keeps to himself, somewhat like a hermit, but worse. this word is derived from dutch desent, meaning a ‘prowler’ or somebody who ‘lays low’.
“you are such a sluiper, you didn’t even attend the university residence’s our long last thursday!”
