slum goonch is an american word and it basically means a ghetto killer fish. “slum” means ghetto and “goonch” is a type of killer fish. so slum goonch means a ghetto killer fish. that is also my snapchat nickname for all my friends.😁well the ones that aren’t sick of me yet.😂
