a combination of the words sm-t and s-x. while s-x can refer only to the mechanics of the act, the addition of sm-t into the equation (meaning to make obscene or p-rnographic) gives it a more vulgar connotation than just s-x by itself.
this also applies to smexy. to be s-xy is to arouse interest (even unintentionally), but to be smexy is to arouse s-xual interest in a pointedly lewd manner.
