the word you use when you can’t determine whether or not in the air is fog or smog.
e.g. the air in hong kong, could be considered smog or fog, so just use sm-f-g.
used in cases when you cannot tell if smog or fog.
“wow, the sm-f-g is really visible today.”
“i can’t tell if that’s smog or fog, so its sm-f-g.”
