person in a group of stoners who is elected to retrieve snacks for the rest of the group. a snack b-tch is required at times when certain individuals get the munchies and are too stoned to get their own snacks.
a snack b-tch should either be the sober person in the group, or the person who is best at remaining cognizant while stoned.
the snack b-tch is usually elected by the majority vote.
