Snitch On Wheels
one who, in order to galvanize his fellow snitches, influences other people with whom he is -ssociated in order to create new snitches. a snitch-on-wheels, simply, turns regular folk into snitches, and introduces them to the culture of snitching. to be clear, a snitch-on-wheels, will not necessarily snitch on his fellow snitches. he retains some honor, unlike a snitch among snitches.
