one of the latest stages of being drunk. once this stage is reached, the individual may because very friendly, laid back, calm and cool. this stage of intoxication sometimes leads an individual to take pictures with people he/she might otherwise avoid. said pictures usually wind up on popular sites such as mysp-ce or facebook without the individuals approval.
