a term you say when someone asks you how hot their friend is and you don’t want to hurt their feelings. you don’t say that he/she is a solid 10, or a dime, because that is an actual way of rating the hotness of people.
person 1: hey, do you think my friend here is good looking? -motions towards friend-
person 2: … he’s a solid a. no h-m-. -runs away from friend-
