a feeling of wellbeing and great happiness along with a soreness in one or more muscle groups. it can typically arise 24 hrs after workout. typical gym-goers are confused to explain themselves and others how they feel, so they end up complaining while they feel accomplished inside.
i had a killer legs workout yesterday. and i am having sorephoria although can barely walk now.
