a guy from the southern united states who talks slowly and always acts as if what he has to say is of the upmost importance. this person is completely full of sh-t and literally does not know his -ss from a hole in the ground. southern d-cks are fond of spreading their bullsh-t widely and can be found in anywhere were males congregate.
