a play on the german attack strategy blitzkrieg (“lightning war”), it is the launching of a m-ssive spam attack on an account. can also be used to describe the aftermath of receiving an unusually large volume of spam in a short amount of time, thus making you feel as if your account is under full-on stunning -ssault.
