a play on the name of the degenerative disorder, parkinson’s disease, which can refer to a couple of things:
1. the immature desire flick the flint wheel of a lighter repeatedly when idle. widely considered irritating.
2. hastily sparking a joint/cigarette/etc. without at all checking if the attending party is willing or prepared.
1. “holy h-ll, jim– can you stop lighting that lighter? you act like you’ve got sparkinson’s or something.”
2. “we told you we weren’t ready to smoke yet, but you still lit that joint without asking. do you have sparkinson’s or something?”
