a guy for whom the very act of talking to a girl is like being thrown into a pit of catnip. it gives them an infinite amount of giddy energy they have no idea what to do with and it bubbles out of them in the forms of stutters, physical tics (like bouncy legs and flexing fingers), permagrins, and the worst smalltalk physically possible.
