whilst in the mid of s-xual intercourse between a man and a woman or after, if a man throws the woman down on the bed and randomly pulls out a huge spermicide tablet and sticks it up her v-g-n- without forewarning her of such tablet going up her v-g-n-, then this is considered spermicidal rape.
