when drinking a something carbonated and the bubbles get into your nose and tickle your throat.
usually causes the drinker to cringe after a sip.
“whoa, that c-ke is really spinchy.”

sometimes it is when you have stuff in your eyes, or there is dust floating around because your sleeping on a mud track in the summer.
spinchy cannot refer to any other part of your body.
