a person, organization, corporation or other group that, despite irrefutable evidence, gleefully denies engaging in monopolistic and/or manipulative behaviors in order to consolidate power or resource.
in most common usage, the word implies a degree of uncontrolled greed and lack of ethics.
1. paul was happy to put his spintel on the news article about bribing and threatening the business partners.
2. the executives engaged in mock raids, so that they could pull the spintel on the regulators.
3. the mafia boss told the buyers that he would put the spintel on them if they attempted to purchase from someone else.
