Splash Marketing


splash marketing. noun. this is the effective use of contemporary social media to put forth a product or service. it is the opposite of spamming your friends on their social media to buy your items or services. its a concise, directed approach as opposed to “hi name is blah blah and i made blah blah blah, contact me at blahblahblah” posted over and over. its a more subtle approach to building a brand by posting pictures, and letting your audience in a bit more into your personal life. when people feel more connected to you as an artist, people are more comfortable spending more money more often.
splash marketing is a way to gently let your friends, and thus their friends know that you are available with a valuable resource and your instantly accessible when they need you.
