Spliff politics
the process of deciding who will be the next person to toke on a spliff – certain rules sometimes apply such as ‘roler’s privelages’ in which the person who roled the spliff gets to smoke it first, even if it isn’t his or her weed. sometimes when someone is really desperate they will start some bullsh-t conversation with the person who has the spliff to try and get them to p-ss it to them next. it can be a race against time!
