a hand-rolled cigarette combining marijuana and tobacco consumed for the sole purpose of getting high.
it is a portmanteau word derived from the words “spliff” and “jozza”. “spliff” is a colloquial term for a cl-ssic cigarette and “jozza” is a colloquial term for a marijuana joint.
