(noun); a conjunction of the words spring & winter.
the fustrating time frame between late february & early march where you’re either getting caught in random rain showers drenched in a light jacket as you would in the spring, in the winter season and/or freezing off your lil baby soft booty having to navigate thru several inches of snow as you would in the winter, in the spring season.

on march 31st we had another blizzard, springter is finally here!
this word reguards those who choose to wear their uggboots outside of ugg season. i.e: winter fashions in the spring. spring + winter = sprin(g)ter. the “g” is optional.
