Statuspam
n. status updates from one person posted in rapid succession, often with unimportant/repet-tive information.
use of word: “dude! my news feed is flooded with statuspam! that guy posted 27 times in the last 3 minutes!”
examples of statuspam: “john smith is on facebook” later, “john smith is talking to people on facebook” after a moment, “john smith is going to stop talking to people on facebook now.” etc.
