to try and m-st-rb-t- in public or around people without anyone noticing. for example: at the movies, in the park, at a restaurant table, in the car, in cl-ss, or at work. many times there is a wager involved.
jeremy: dude, i’ll give you 20 bucks if you stealth jack it right here in ihop.
josh: challenge accepted!
10 minutes later
josh: hey, jeremy, you owe me 20 bucks.
jeremy: what the f-ck?! i didn’t even notice you!
josh: that’s why they call it stealth jacking!
