became kidnap victim at age 7. became hero at 14 by saving new victim timmy white and brought him to the police were he turned in his kidnapped who was at work in the same town. steven told the cops “i know my frist name is steven “. steven was welcomed home with the whole city with his family at the familys front porch. steven was bullied because he allowed his kidnapper to touch him in places. steven was married to jody for five years and then died leaving two children ashley and steven jr.
