noun. someone in a cl-ssroom environment that hears the correct answer said by someone, but not loud enough for the teacher to hear, repeats said answer louder, and gets the credit.
teacher: cl-ss, what is the answer?
the students start shouting out answers. little timmy said “2” but the teacher did not hear. michael heard it though. he said it louder. “two!”
teacher: yes, michael got it!
michael is a stouger. little timmy got stouged.
