despite the prevalence of imported us style customer service standards, the british stropkeeper remains faithful to his principle that all customers are morons, and opening a shop all those years ago was the worst decision he’d ever made.
“i don’t do refunds,” said my local stropkeeper. “you can have an exchange or a credit note and if that’s not good enough then take it up with the manufacturer. and make your mind up because i’m closing early today.”
