a person, like above who posts on urban dictionary and spells like a complete idiot. these people tend to have incoherent spelling and are complete douche bags. on top of that their posts are just spam and having nothing to do with anything.
ex: john was on urban dictionary and decided to post a definition called “stupid victor” which was not readable and completely stupid. thus, he was a stupid victor.
