Subconscious Attention Seeker
this term is used to describe a person who instinctively b-tts into a conversation without real thought and blurs out an obviously untrue response just for attention.
jamie: “hey kieran, sorry to hear about your tongue”
kieran: “thanks, there i was skipping along and i just bit my tongue and now it’s bleeding.”
robyn: “hey did you guys say something about a tongue? i once bit my tongue off and it grew back in 2 days!”
jamie: “sure it did…”
kieran: “oh leave her alone, you know she’s a subconscious attention seeker and will say anything to look cool”
jamie: “fair play”
