a super clingy, overly b-tchy, annoying, over protective, and jealous girlfriend. usually characterized by the need for a constant visual on or in extreme cases constant contact with her boyfriend. in an even more serious cases, stalker like tendancies may develope. the suckerb-tch is often hated by most other girls, especially the female friends of her boyfriend.
