premier mugen character creator and leader of the upstart mugen revolution (mrev). one of the top creators on the mugen scene, sunboy (often referred to by his alias rumiko) is periodically embroiled in controversy due to ties to the former ndo and more volatile mrev members. under this condition, it should be noted that although sunboy seldom appears to instigate conflict he seems ready to rise to support his comrades in certain verbal disputes.
