Sustainitarian
person who will not eat meat unless it is sustainably derived. this means the person will only eat free-range meat, gr-ss-fed (beef), with no additives.
for his new year’s resolution, alex decided to go sustainitarian. he always asks the waiter if the meat is free-range, oftentimes embarrasing the restaurant. to this day he has had to settle with vegetarian options.
