Sympathy Hangover
someone who is around hungover people and feels the effects of a hangover (i.e. stomach ache, headache, tiredness, etc.) without drinking the night before.
d-mn, everyone was so blacked out last night, but i didn’t have a drop of alcohol and my head is killing me today, this is totally a sympathy hangover.
