a delicious combination of a grilled cheese sandwich (pepper jack cheese style) and the cl-ssic beef taco, commonly served with avocado and salsa. this dish was brilliantly created by a minnesotan at the young age of only 6 years old. there may be some sh-tty imitations out there, but none will compare to the original recipe.
