taphophile
one who practices taphophilia. someone who is interested in funerals, gravestone art, epitaphs, cemeteries. known to play a part in goth subculture, although interest in one does not mean interest in both.
i am a taphophile because i like photographing gravestones.
taphophile –
one who loves cemeteries and funerals. this is not necrophilia, necrophilia is the proper name for the condition exhibited by harold in “harold and maude”. taphophiles show an interest in the trappings of death: necrophiles want your body, cold.
