Tard Keeper
a teacher or aide that is in charge of watching r-t-rded students.
i was walking down the hall and this tard started to molest me. finally the tard keeper realized what was going on and put a stop to it.
a more refined definition from the word creator:
person who cares for mentally handicapped, similar to zookeeper only a zookeeper takes care of animals and a tardkeeper takes care of r-t-rds.
don’t feed the r-t-rds children. that’s the tardkeepers job.
person who cares for the mentally handicapped and keeps them in line
that little r-t-rd should have a tardkeeper watching him.
