the combination of : tea bag + tease + f-ggot= teaz baggot. in refering to a guy who is being a huge tease and is being a f-ggot about it. generally the guy will make plans and act like he really wants to hang out, but will continually cancel on you. making you want it. making him a teaz baggot.
