extreme loss of heat (similar to frostbite) in ones hand that is the direct result of holding an electronic device such as a phone or mouse for an extended period of time.
time to stop mobile creeping on facebook. i can barely feel my hand because it’s completely numb from techbite.
i have to get a different mouse for work. i can’t work that long before techbite sets in.
