the feeling a man gets in his genetalia, specifically his b-lls, when he see’s another man get hit in the junk. typically a very bad feeling, much like actually being hit in the nuts, usually accompanied by a cringe and moan.
when i saw mike get hit in the nuts with that mallet, i cringed with the worst case of telekeb-llsis. i feel your pain mike!
