a case of mistaken ident-ty thirty feet out. upon closer inspection (less than thirty feet) you noticed the person in question is definitely not who you thought it was.

usually occurs when driving.
i was driving past an accident and i totally thought that was lori! thankfully when i got closer i realized it was just her ten yard twin.
