tequila tag (noun) to be played in a group with a bottle of tequila, salt and lime and a form of wheels (not a car) ie: motorized wheelchair, scooter, etc. person who is “it” has tequila and fixins. other chase, upon catch, person holding tequila takes shot and p-sses off tequila to tagger who is then “it” rinse and repeat! quit when you can’t walk or puke.
