terrorhea
short for “terror diarrhea”, it refers to nervous bowel movements and stomach cramps people get when experiencing anxiety. it is know to occur before potentially stressful situations like going on a date or a job interview. it usually p-sses when anxiety is reduced or the stressful situation resolved.
i skipped coffee today, but still got terrorhea before my interview.
