when a company moves to an area that is somewhat removed from other economic zones and the number of potential workers that are moving to the region is so large that it swamps the local economy, causing shortages in major infrastructure such as housing and vehicles for sale.
i can’t find a place to live in. oh well, that is just the tesla effect.
