text message heart attack
getting a text message while zoning out or in the middle of the night (while sleeping, preferably) that scares you out of your skin, gives you a quick adrenaline rush, then leaves you with a slightly worn down heart and a bad message from someone you don’t really care that much about.
i got a text message heart attack last night when you woke me up at 2am with your pointless message!
