The Brats
expression used to describe something negatively-a replacement or subst-tute for “the worst.” it originates from the word “bratwurst.” “this song is the worst” becomes “this song is the wurst,” which becomes “this song is the brats.”
that girl just spilled her drink on our futon. that’s the brats.
the brat (n)
a person, esp one who is uncontrollable or unruly, often playing tricks, teasing and joking: used playfully. if the brat doesn’t tease you, he probably doesn’t like you.
kid 1: you’re such the brat
